Alfred Rocco Citrone

Alfred (Fred) Rocco Citrone of 681 Barcelona Road in Sedona, formerly of Mamaroneck and Harrison, New York, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011. Mr. Citrone was 84 years old.

Before retiring to Sedona in 1987, Mr. Citrone owned and operated an elite deli and catering service.

Mr. Citrone was born and raised in Mamaroneck, the son of the late Marco and Adele Citrone. He served in the Army as a staff sargent during WWII while stationed in Japan. He was the past Grand Knight of the local Mamaroneck Council of the Knights of Columbus, and was also a fourth degree knight.

Mr. Citrone is survived by his loving wife, Jean (Giordano) Citrone, his adoring children Fred, Patti Ann (Clifford) Myers, and his "adopted" son Jerry Verratti all of Sedona. He is also survived by his sister Evelyn Citrone Enslow of Washington, his beloved sister-in-law Joan Cosentino of Mamaroneck and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at the St. John Vianney Church on Saturday, January 15 at 11:00 AM.
