Doralee Ruth Wentsch, aka Terri

On Tuesday, June 5th, Terri fulfilled her educational mission and Life on Planet Earth and left us in love for her next assignment.
Terri had been active in education and working with children for over 40 years. While in Colorado she was a teacher at DeSillio School.
In 1976 Terri, her husband, Bob, and a handful of parents founded the Rivendell School in For Collins, Colorado. In 1993 the Wentsches
found themselves in Sedona. Other than the beauty, they were not sure why. Their mission became clear in 1995 with the start up of
Sedona Charter School. Terri was one of the original teachers and taught at SCS through 2018. She was particularly keen on and derived the most satisfaction from working with the children who struggled the most academically and socially, those who needed her the most. Her
legacy will be carried on by the children, parents and teachers in whose hearts and minds she will always be. Even in her death, Terri
continues to teach us about Life and how precious it is. Peace and Love to us all...!
