Erlinda Cochran, lovingly called Linda by her family & friends, died peacefully in her home in Sedona on Sunday, December 6, 2015. Erlinda was one of seven children born on October 30, 1921 in Honduras. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Williamson & son-in-law, Charles Williamson, her son, James (Cleverys) Cochran, Jr., her sisters, Consuelo Ahern and Amanda (Stephen) Staffy, her brother-in-law, Larry Laureano, her cousin Olga Barrundia, her nieces, Connie Ahern, Melody Halzack & Hazel (George) Neely, her nephews, Stephen Staffy & Larry (Cathy) Laureano, her beloved grandchildren, Brad (Toni) Miner, Grant Miner, Kim (David) Vedros, James (Angela) Cochran, Jessie (Allie) Cochran, Joseph (Megan) Cochran & her 11 precious great grandchildren and her 2 darling great great grandchildren and other loving relatives & very dear & close friends.
Erlinda was a warm, loving and one of a kind special lady who loved to read, crochet & spend time tending to her beautiful flower garden, but her passion in life was spending time with her family & friends & traveling, especially her trip to Italy, realizing her dream of visiting the Vatican.
There will be a funeral mass on Monday, 12/14 at St John Vianney at 11:00 a.m. followed by graveside services at the Sedona Community Cemetery. There will be a reception after graveside services at the home of Charles & Diana Williamson.
The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers & support from so many friends and family. We are deeply touched.
