Ginger S. Tautkus Willetts

September 21, 1957 - August 24, 2022

A kind and gentle soul left us on August 24, 2022 shortly after a diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer.

Born in Van Nuys, California to Don and Shirley Tautkus, Ginger grew up in Tujunga, La Crescenta, and La Canada (California) and graduated from La Canada High School in 1975. Ginger briefly attended Pasadena City College.

Married then divorced, Ginger moved to Sedona, Arizona in the late 1990’s. Ginger joined the staff at The Church of the Red Rocks and served in many roles at the church including Receptionist, Wedding Coordinator, and Church Secretary.

Ginger had many dear friends, and her love for her extended family was far reaching. Always open, kind, and welcoming, Ginger had many friends and acquaintances that enjoyed playing Mah Jong with her, as well as, other games. She loved animals and enjoyed her busy “second job”, pet-sitting for neighbors and friends.

Ginger is survived by her father Don Tautkus, sister Teri Vasquez, and brother David Tautkus.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022, 10:00 AM at The Church of the Red Rocks, 54 Bowstring Drive, Sedona, AZ 86336
