Linda Jeannine Moudakas

Linda Jeannine Thrash Moudakas, 72, died following a brief illness on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Verde Valley Medical Center.

Linda was born February 11, 1951 to Louise and William Thrash in Helena, AR.

In addition to her parents, Linda was predeceased by a brother, Morris Thrash, and a sister, Janice Anker, both of California.

Linda is survived by her brother Thomas Elledge (Marilyn) of Cornville, AZ; sister, Linda Darling (Ron) of Prescott, AZ; brother in law Bradford Anker of Menlo Park, CA; niece Dianna Marks (Jeff) of Mountain View, CA, great nieces Andrea and Loralei Marks and great nephew Luka Marks.

Linda was always outgoing, generous, curious, adventuresome and deeply faithful to her religious beliefs.

During her professional career, Linda worked as a Senior Recruiter for the Microchip Equipment and Software Development industries. Following her retirement two years ago, Linda embraced all that life had to offer in her new hometown of Sedona. Linda was very active in Aletheia Church and its Bible study programs, she was a dedicated volunteer with the Sedona Police Department, and an active participant in the Sedona Film Festival. Linda was an avid hiker who explored almost every trail in Sedona.

Linda enjoyed her many new friends in the Sedona area. She was also greatly loved by her family who are thankful for holiday gatherings at Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Clear Lake and Sedona as well as summer vacations and international travels.

A memorial service will be held at Aletheia Church on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 2:00pm.
