Born in Charleston, West Virginia, she lived in Sedona for 33 years.

She is survived by her husband Donald Hooven of Sedona and cousin JoAnne Hake of Sedona.

A memorial service at the Church of the Red Rocks in Sedona will be held on Saturday April 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM; where she will be inurned.
