Nancy Phelps Goins of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Tifton, Georgia, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017, in Sedona, Arizona. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.

Among her survivors are her mother, Janette Reinhardt Phelps of Tifton; her husband, Steven Goins of Phoenix, Arizona; and her brother, Richard Phelps of Jacksonville, Alabama.
