Survived by his wife Sharon Santmyer of Sedona; sons Christian John Dwyer of Sedona and Michael Patrick Dwyer of Los Angeles; step-children Christopher Jon Santmyer of Flagstaff and Dawn Lee Galyon of Orlando Florida; sisters Jacqueline Wurm of St. Louis and Sr. Maryanne Dwyer of St. Louis; and brother James Dwyer of St. Louis.
