Robert Thompson Oliphant Jr., 80, of Sedona, died May 23 in Cottonwood.

Born in Philadelphia, PA., he was a resident of Sedona, AZ for 34 years. Prior to moving to Sedona, he was a resident of Phoenix, AZ.

He is survived by his wife, Diana Oliphant of Sedona; and sons Alexander Marston Oliphant of Phoenix and Andrew Elkins Oliphant of Weddington, NC.

A private service will be held at a later date.
