Rosemary Marquis passed away on January 10, 2018 at her home in Sedona, AZ.
She was born on November 25, 1942 in Columbus, IN to Harold and Lola (Reed) Herndon. She grew up on a 144 acre farm in Hope, IN and in 1964 graduated from Franklin College of Indiana with a degree in Sociology. She met the love of her life, Noel Marquis at Franklin College. Rosemary and Noel were married in September 1965. She worked as a Social Worker in Salt Lake City, UT from 1966 - 1969. They welcomed daughters, Michelle in 1969 and Nicole in 1971. Rosemary stayed home to raise her daughters from 1970-1976. Noel and Rosemary owned and operated a record store, Mystery Train, in Franklin, IN from 1976-1995. In 1999 they returned west to Arizona.

Rosemary loved Country music especially George Jones and was a big fan of Hallmark Romance Movies. Rose loved to crochet and an example of her work will be on display.

She is predeceased by her dad in 1978 and her mom in 2013. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Noel of Sedona, AZ; daughters, Michelle (Pete) Scarpelli of Hartsdale, NY and Nicole (Dennis) Barger of Franklin, IN; grandson, Nicholas; brothers, Chuck Herndon of Frankfurt, IN and Dick Herndon of Elwood, IN.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Greers Mortuary Chapel, 2725 W. State Route 89A, Sedona, AZ 86336.
