Suzanne Penzotti, age 76, died peacefully at home on February 9, 2019, surrounded by family. She was born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania on September 2, 1942. She received her degree in pharmacy from University of Michigan in 1965, where she met the love of her life, Stanley. They lived in Libertyville, Illinois for 30 years before retiring to Sedona, Arizona in 2015.
Suzanne enjoyed cooking, gardening, and playing cards with her friends and neighbors. She and Stan enjoyed travelling and visited several national parks in recent years. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Suzanne is survived by her husband of nearly 54 years, Stan, and her two daughters Julie (John Verheyden), and Jennifer (Petar Igic). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren: Garret, Elena, Kate, Natasha, Jack, Christopher, Robert, and Cassidy. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marian Sandt, and her sister, Priscilla Groblewski.
