SERVICES TO HEAL FAMILIES
SERVICES TO HEAL FAMILIES
For many families, cremation is a dignified and respectful way to remember and honor loved ones that have passed away. Once in our care, your loved one is our highest priority and will remain with us throughout the entire process, as we own and operate our own crematory.
Our inventory of urns has been updated, where every beautiful artistic piece has been hand selected so you can keep your loved one close to you all while showing as stunning displays of art in your home.
PARTING STONE
Our solidification option for an adult returns the full amount of remains as an average of 40-80+ “stones.” The number of stones varies based on the volume of remains provided. The appearance of the solidified remains varies naturally from person to person in shape, color, and texture, making each collection uniquely beautiful. Solidified remains are an alternative to conventional ash.
Sedona Swirl Pottery
Greer’s Mortuary of Sedona has partnered with Sedona Swirl Pottery to bring you exquisite custom urns. With three different size variations, and the option of glazed or unglazed, you can have your loved ones with you all while displaying a stunning piece of local artistry. Made only in Sedona, each piece contains a sprinkle of local earth so you can take Sedona and your loved one with you wherever you go.
Ask us today about custom ordering where Sedona Swirl Pottery will work a portion of your loved ones ashes directly into the pottery.
When there is no viewing and funeral service involved, next is the cremation and the ashes will either be scattered, returned to the family or buried in a family cemetery.
The funeral service can be held in our beautiful chapel, a church, or any other venue the family chooses. We work with our families to design a service that honors their loved one with stories, music, or scripture. We also have life celebrants that lead services where clergy may not be chosen. Let us help you create and design your personalized memorial service
A graveside or committal service is typically held immediately following the funeral service but it can also be a small intimate gathering of those closest to you.
